Morality is an attempt to tame the difficult part of being human.

Too many morals can make you less human.

A life devoid of morals can be as difficult as one hinged on morals.

The middle path can be boring.

Extremities can get things done.

Disagree with the last two.

"Extremities can get things done."

At what cost ? Extremities may not always work just as militant atheism is not the solution to the problems religion has brought to mankind.

that's a convert speaking. :)

"can" la. the minutiae of language. :) you cannot discount the possibility.

I personally detest the term "militant atheist" but the thing is Dawkins makes people think. In that sense his extremism works.
